And it scared the shit out of them. So they call us names, hoping we would fear it too.
They need us to fit into their idea of a woman: small, silent, soft, submissive, subservient, and always sweet.
And they shoved Everything else into the Shadows to be feared.
To fear our voice, they call us bitch.
To fear our body & sexuality, they call us slut.
To fear our intuition & connection to nature, they call us witch.
To fear our ambition, they call us wicked.
It’s time to finally stop fearing the “darkness” and dive in. Because the fear was never ours to begin with, it was always theirs.
It’s time to embody our ‘Dark’ sides to reclaim our power.

Who This Space is For
Shadow Ignite is a space I’ve created exclusively for women—including cis and trans women—who are ready to reclaim the suppressed sides of themselves that patriarchy taught them to hide. This experience speaks directly to the emotional, cultural, and ancestral wounds carried by women, and the reclamation of power, rage, sensuality, and voice that lives in the dark feminine.
To protect the emotional safety of this container—especially during vulnerable moments like dancing, sharing, and turning cameras on—I ask that only those who identify as women attend.
I deeply respect all gender journeys, and I will have future offerings that are open to non-binary and gender-expansive folks. But this particular space is for women, by design.

Unlike going to the club or dancing at a party, we don’t dance unconsciously or self-consciously. Unlike performing for a crowd, we don’t have choreography or aim to be admired. Instead, we allow another side of us to take over. It’s sweaty. It’s evocative. It’s cathartic. This isn’t a cute movement class. This is where you move like you mean it, like your life depends on it, like you’re done playing small.

The Damage of the Patriarchy
Too long has the patriarchy (and their children, puritanical religions) controlled women. It has forced women into decorative boxes, informed them of what their value is, and carefully instructed them on how to be perfect, happy women. If you’re here, you’ve realized this was all meant to control you. You’ve realized that you know best and are now on a mission to become this new, rebirthed version of yourself. Yet realizing you have worth, is not the same as feeling worthy.
Its no easy task undoing all of the damage of religion and the patriarchy, when these “beliefs” were planted in us as children. It’s even harder to do alone. These deeply limiting beliefs must be brought into the light and examined before women can drop them. Women raised in sexist religions have additional layers to go through to feel self-love, empowerment, intuition, connection to their body, and ultimately, sovereignty. And every step forward feels like a rebellion.
Each dance session we tap into a specific face of the Dark Feminine and allow her to move through us.
This isn’t about pretending to be what we aren’t. It’s about reclaiming what’s been labeled too much—too loud, too sensual, too angry, too ambitious.
Through movement, music, and wild energy, we embody what’s been exiled.
They told you to fear your fire.
But your shadow was never the enemy—
